3. Old And Charming Turku

Turku is one of the coolest destinations to visit in Finland, located on the southwest coast near the Aura River. Visitors like to explore Turku for a few reasons, with one of the most prominent being the medieval castle standing tall and strong. Such a structure is popular for a few reasons. As it is from the medieval era, it is one of the oldest buildings in Finland and has become a 13th-century history museum, with plenty of interesting facts, as well as a royal tomb. Regardless of the old structures, Turku is quite the modern building, with a bustling nightlife, and plenty of opportunities to gather near the river bank and share beverages and food while listening to live music. Other interesting attractions would be the Föri ferry, the Market Square, and the incredibly creative Aboa Vetus & Ars Nova art museum. Learning about the rich history offered in Finland is excellent, but the next stop on the docket makes for a more energetic activity most only dream of.
