Tibet is yet another phenomenal stop for travelers to visit in awe and shock. An autonomous region of China, Tibet is often recognized as a partial owner of the ever-popular Mount Everest, the tallest mountain above sea level in the world. Stretching to nearly 29029 feet high, plenty attempt to scale to the summit, though there are also those who just prefer to admire the immense power and respect Mother Nature's most magnificent spectacle holds. Another touching sight to see in Tibet is the famed Potala Palace, the incredibly spiritual and former home to the Dalai Lama, as well as other monks who resided and practiced their religion in such an impressive monastery.
