5. Cloud Forest

Next stop for those traveling to Singapore is a destination straight out of a dream. Cloud forest, a nature bio conservatory, is quite possibly one of the greatest flora observatories in the world and allows for an opportunity to view vegetation like never before. This other-world experience allows guests to stroll around the misty thirty-five-meter tall mountain engulfed with lush plant life and the largest human-made indoor waterfall in the world. As a pinnacle of biodiversity, visitors are guided through an impressive walkway around the structure and educated about the geology and unique composition of Cloud Forest. There are nine different conservatories encapsulated in the near 2,500 panels of exterior glass and expand to about 0.8 hectares of vegetation, a true stroke of genius and innovation. Although the use of vegetation is common in architecture within Singapore, the following slide reveals a building inhabited by both plants and people.
